In most situations there is no set ETA given until the evaluation and all the necessary steps and materials to repair properly are all figured out. However, on a scheduled shutdown ETA’s can be given before motor is received. Quotes for repairs will have ETA’s listed when possible. Quotes on new product delivery typically have an estimated lead time.
